We pay very close attention to all of the growing conditions, even back to the purchase of this farm because the previous owners never used any chemicals on the land.
We start by preparing the field for optimum growth with naturlly fertilized soil at the correct pH levels, planting top quality garlic seed in the best conditions, special care and hand weeding during the growing season, then just the right amount of watering with no chemicals or pesticides, the rest is down to mother nature just as it should be, you can see and taste the difference.
